Our philosophy

The philosophy behind this approach is that business processes represent the focal points of every organisation; an organisation will only ever become as efficient and effective as its worst-performing business process. Whereas there are many approaches for the improvement of general processes, such as manufacturing or sales, there are very few targeting processes that are high in knowledge intensity and complexity. For improving such processes, the traditional methods or approaches are insufficient because they do not deal with the process’s most valuable but intangible and difficult to define component: knowledge. Futureshock Research attacked this problem directly and produced the KBPI methodology.
